Events: The beginning of a new academic year,
Trips in Diagon Alley.

It is based on Harry Potter sixth year. Everything strange started a year ago, when the Dark Lord regained his powers. At first no one wanted to believe Harry, who was saying the truth, that He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named was back again.

In the past...

Lord Voldemort was feared by everyone. He raised to power approximatively in 1970's, and since then he killed so many people that he could built an 'army" of Inferi. Albus Dumbledore formed a secret society to fight him, named The Order of the Phoenix, and he gained more and more, Wizards, people who hated The Dark Lord, but on the other side Lord Voldemort gained power too, and he was fearless, people had fear only to pronounce his name.

There had been a war in the magical world. Between the light sight and the dark side. It seemed that it will never end, but in one night a young women named Sibil Trelawny, great daughter of the fortune telle Cassandra Trelawny, made a prophecy which was related to Who-Must-Not-Be-Named, and a boy which will be born in July, in the same year. This prophecy was confessed to Albus Dumbledore, the Headmaster of Hogwarts and the Leader of the Order of the Phoenix, his secret society, but unfortunately Severus Snape, a young Death Eater hears what Sibil says to Albus and he tells everything to his master.

Dark and difficult times still lie ahead. The year is 2006, years after the Wizarding World experienced the wrath of Voldemort. Lives and love were lost. Along the way after the devistation, the world rose from the ashes. In 1998 the Hogwarts Castle was faced with the final battle of the Death Eaters ushering in Minerva McGonagall as appointed headmistress. After which she served just one week before deciding to step down. A former Death Eater and Slytherin Alumnus, Catherine Lucas whose reputation of excellence preceeded her took the position at the head of the school. The Ministry as well as the Aurors had something to prove while finding themselves admist their rebuilding. There was only one man for the job, Kingsley Shacklebolt who would put back the Wizarding World as we knew and loved it. He was the new Minster of Magic. Now giving the Wizarding World something to believe in. Picking up from where everything had fallen, Hogwarts began to build anew in June of 1998. Where else would our famous wizards and witches go to school?

The prodical son, Draco Malfoy, returns back to Hogwarts in the following year as Potions Master and the Slytherin Head of house. Within that same year Rosalba Aloysius became the head of Ravenclaw while the infamous Theodore Nott returned as well to teach Charms. While Hogwarts was finding their place once more in the Wizarding World the other schools continued thrive. Della Luna Academy with the very *friendly* personsk boys as well as under Headmaster Deluca’s dictation. Durmstrang, Salem, Japan, and Beaubatonx all strengthening their schools as more students came to the forefront to fight for what they believe in. Whatever they might believe in.

In the year 2004 after the winter holidays have come and past, and as the students said their goodbyes to their loved ones something more sinister awaited them for their trip back to Hogwarts. Death Eaters were aboard the train hidden under their cloaks of darkness from the rest of the world until they made their move. Dark Risers, a new formation of the Death Eaters, attack the train, and a fight ensues. While most everyone remained safe, few did not. Lilianne, a Dark Riser, severely injured Alice, a previous Head Girl. Alice is now in a coma state laying in St.Mungo's Hospital. Lilianne, was left extremely weak but managed to get away. As she is gathering up her strength, Cooper questions her and she cracks. She was afraid of dying, so she tells him everything other than who was at the head of the Dark Rise.

It was leaked back to the now infamous Dark Rise, that Lilianne spilled her guts about what she knew and her beloved Andrew killed her. However, no one but the Dark Rise know just who killed her. Another student's life was lost on the train, and one thing remains on the wizarding world's mind. The Death Eaters are back, with a new unnamed face.

Years later the once little but never naive, Lorraine O'Bannon has become Lorraine Svetlanov. While the girl who seems to have it all had a far more sinister complex laying underneath that sweet face. It is our choices that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities. Only those abilities aren't to be underestimated. The Vladislav family with SJ at the head of it, learned that the hard way. The family was brought up on old Viking traditions where the man is at the head of the family. In their fortresses they provide and work together in order to care for their family until something went terribly wrong. In a family where betrothals were sought out with SJ's approval, going against that can lead to dire consequences. Just ask William and Nikita Wassermann. Now that William and Nikita are on the run from SJ's wrath a family storm is brewing causing casualities in the Wizarding World along the way.

Unlike the Death Eaters, the Prodigy has one goal with the ability to work together for that cause. To eliminate Muggles at all costs. There is no barrier between blood status within the Wizarding World in their eyes. Those who lived within the age of the Death Eaters can't see that idea completely and are fighting against that cause secretly. Age is foolish and forgetful when it underestimates youth. Will the Dark Rise underestimate the Prodigy and learn the hard way? Or will they join together completely to acquire the ultimate goal? While there is the battle among those with Malicious intentions with Lucius Malfoy as Minister of Magic, Harry Potter leads the Aurors to a new age along with the Order of the Phoneix and DMA fighting the battle for everything that is good in the world. Can the good guys win out once more or has the time for a hero come in just another form? A hero with a more blackhearted desire.

It is the unknown that we fear when we look upon death and darkness, nothing more. To control that fear and to stand up for what you believe in can be much harder than it sounds. Once more we are brought face to face with the question that has been lingering in the back of our minds since 1998 and soon we must all face the choice between what is right and what is easy. What's coming will come and here at the best hogwarts ever we'll meet it when it does.

 The Firm Movie
« Result #7 on Jul 8, 2009, 12:15am »

Loosely adapted from Alan Clarke’s 1989 classic TV film, Nick Love’s film is set earlier in the 80’s and retells a similar story to the original – but from a different character’s point of view. The film centres on Dom, a young wannabe football casual, who gets drawn into the charismatic but dangerous world of the firm’s top boy, Bex.

Accepted for his fast mouth and sense of humour, Dom soon becomes one the boys. But as Bex and his gang clash with rival firms across the country and the violence spirals out of control, Dom realises he wants out – until he learns it’s not that easy to simply walk away.

Humorous, heart warming and set to a killer jazz funk 80’s soundtrack, The Firm is a classic coming of age story set amongst one of England’s most revered tribes

The year is 1998, winter has come and gone, but the world is still filled with violence and dark magic. In Britain, the Ministry of Magic has completely fallen under the dark visage of Voldemort and has become an extension of his rule. In France, the quiet lawns of the countryside are growing darker as the war in Britain seeps into the cracks of this once idealic landscape. In America, the isolationist policy of their Ministry have taken a serious blow as the school of Salem has fallen to the followers of the Darklord. The world is falling into war along the battle lines of good and evil. Come and make your mark, join either the Death Eaters or the Order of the Phoenix. Begin your fight against Fenrir Greyback's bloodthirsty Brotherhood of the Grim, the diabolical Dolores Umbridge who has regained her power and instituted a reform to transfer all impure students at Hogwarts to Nurmengard prison in France, or attend the student-underground in the Thorne Academy of the Arcane.

The shock of Dumbledore's sudden death has worn off by now, Harry Potter is in his 6th year. With McGonagal as Headmistress, everything is looking up for the school. While trouble is just beginning outside her walls, Hogwarts is still the one place that parents can send their kids without worry. Or is it? There is a traitor in the midst of the castle, and there is a great plot brewing, a plot to not only rid the school of Minerva, but to claim it in the name of the Dark Lord. The school remains unknown to this, and continues trying to push ahead, trying to pick up the pieces that Dumbledore left in his wake. Little do they know, those pieces are about to be knocked out of their arms...

The plot is set for one Halloween night. Young Ashley Maylacello's been training all this time for the ultimate challenge: Kill McGonagal and claim the school as Dark Headmistress. One fatefull Homecoming ball, the plan was set. Before all of the students, and much of the Graduates, Ashley slew the Headmistress, crowning herself as leader of the school.
Is there anywhere safe anymore?

Sixteen years after Ashley overtook the school, the dust everywhere has settled. Voldemort as overtaken much of the Wizarding world at this point. Lucius Malfoy heads the Ministry, and several other Death Eaters are employed there as well. Ashley, now a Malfoy, remains Headmistress, and Death Eaters have rooted there, as well. Though the Darkness has swept through, it's like the calmness after the storm. People have adapted, and have grown used to the everyday happenings with all political systems being controlled by Lord Voldemort.

The Order, long since forced into hiding, is slowly working its way back, gaining members, gaining strength. They aren't the only ones that Voldemort needs to fear. Even within his own standings, there are traitors afoot, ones with the most potential to bring him down from his pedistal. This is no longer a fight with Death Eaters versus Order. This is all the people who don't like the way his establishment is run, against the very few that remain loyal to him.
Where do you stand?

The war is over, and the Dark Lord has been defeated. His own flesh and blood, Marvolo Riddle, is regarded as the Wizarding world's greatest hero. Even greater than Harry Potter, who seemingly was absent through the entire war. The Wizarding word is picking up the pieces of itself, and everyone is getting their lives back together. The very few remaining loyal Death Eaters are in hiding, rarely seen. It seems like everything is looking up after all.

Or is it? What happens when Harry Potter realizes he's no longer the Boy who Lived, no longer the household story? And what happens when the new hero and his group, the Omega, turns out to be looking for more than just fame and glory? It's all up to you.
